| After the disappointing lack of seals in Cape Cross we returned towards Henties where to my surprise Mercia agreed to take the gravel road inland to USAKOS. After about 80 kms, we saw the spectacular Spitzkopf Mountain - this area is known for tourmaline, finely divided gold and primitive rockpaintings, so we definitely should return for an extended visit. |
